Start With Your Assessment
We begin by defining your goals, exploring your current abilities, and guiding you through a Functional Movement Screening to understand how your body moves. Your coach learns where you are right now and builds a personalized plan that sets you up for real progress.
Train With
Consistency
Your monthly membership includes three sessions per week. This rhythm creates the ideal strength training flow, allowing you to train hard, recover well, and build strength you can feel. Our athletes see their best results through this steady and supportive routine.
Stay Flexible When Life Happens
If you are traveling for under a week, we will help you shift sessions so you stay on track. If you are away longer, you can train virtually or pause your membership until you return. We meet you where you are and help you keep momentum moving forward.

Base Community
Training at BASE goes further than the gym floor. Throughout the year, we host community events that bring our athletes together outside of training. From potlucks and celebrations to friendly competitions, these moments create real connections. Many of our members have formed lifelong friendships through BASE, built on shared effort, encouragement, and growth.
